1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlipSmrt (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlipSmrt provides AI-powered property analysis tools for real estate investors, including ARV calculations, market comparable analysis, renovation cost estimates, and deal P&L projections. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

FlipSmrt operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you run a property analysis. Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. One-time credit packs do not expire.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, FlipSmrt makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of property analysis results. Market conditions change rapidly and analysis outputs should be independently verified before making investment decisions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute analysis outputs without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FlipSmrt. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlipSmrt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses made based on our analysis outputs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
