3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Property analysis data is associated with your user account and is not shared with other users. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — authentication and database
Stripe — payment processing
OpenAI — AI-powered analysis generation
Cloudflare — hosting and CDN
Google Analytics — usage analytics (anonymized)

Property addresses submitted for analysis may be sent to these services solely to generate your analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication session management and to remember your preferences (such as theme). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Export your analysis data

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and property analyses for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it.
